How do I use a liner?

Open the wrapper and remove the paper from the sticky side of the liner. Position the liner in your underwear with the sticky side down and the cotton side up. Press the liner firmly into your underwear. Wear for up to 8 hours.

When should I use a liner?

Liners provide an extra layer of protection and peace of mind — whether you're on your period, dealing with heavier discharge from a yeast infection, or experiencing a UTI (hello, urination urgency).
