How it works

The 3-Day Yeast Infection Treatment & itch cream are an antifungal medication that stops the growth of yeast within the vagina and on the vulva. To help protect against future infections, the Vaginal Health Probiotic includes 15 billion organisms of the 'good bacteria' to support your microbiome. The Liners are ultra-thin to improve keep you comfortable and protect your underwear during the course of treatment.

How to use vaginal suppositories

1

Take a suppository out of its packaging and place it in the top of the applicator. For best results, do this at night time before bed.

2

Lay on your back with your knees bent OR stand with your feet apart and knees bent. Gently insert the applicator (with suppository) into your vagina as far as it will comfortably go.

3

With one hand on the base of the applicator, use the other hand to push the plunger all the way through. Throw away the applicator — don't flush it down the toilet!

What are the symptoms of a yeast infection?

A healthy vagina naturally has a balance of yeast and bacteria. A yeast infection, also referred to as "monilia" or "candidiasis," occurs when that balance is disrupted and there is an overgrowth of yeast (candida). Yeast infection symptoms can include redness, itching and irritation in the vagina and vulva, pain or a burning sensation during sex and urination, and a thick discharge with a consistency similar to cottage cheese.

Is this safe for pregnant people?

We always recommend speaking with your doctor before taking dietary supplements or using internal or topical treatments during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.  The vaginal health probiotic contains Inulin, which can cause gassiness, stomach cramping, diarrhea and even anaphylactic reaction (rarely) in some individuals. Discontinue use and speak with your doctor if you are experiencing bloating, stomach discomfort or diarrhea.
